Ham and cheese croissants that are buttery, salty and nutty at the edges and pucker up your mouth sharply and all one wants is to have another bite and another then that croissant is edible nirvana. The ham & cheese croissant at Dominique Ansel Workshop has a special place in my heart and one that I long to eat quite often. I polish it off it as soon as I buy it and savor each morsel slowly. Perfect on it’s own or with a glass of wine.
